My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious but the uncomfortable bed and lack of view were disappointing. However, the service was exceptional, with Dan & Lisa standing out for their attentiveness. The location was excellent for activities and exploring, although some areas needed improvement. The dining experience, while of good quality, had a few drawbacks. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel fell short of expectations, with below-standard rooms that were not as advertised, drab, and dirty. The dining experience was terrible, and the staff didn't seem to care about our complaints. It felt like a waste of money. On the positive side, they have separate facilities for children, and the sofa bed was a nice touch.
